Top 7 Ways to Reduce Wrinkles

The 7 Best Ways to Remove Wrinkles

Wrinkles are a part of life, you get older, and you get more wrinkles, its pretty simple really.  Some of us age better than others, while some people seem like they’ve spent their whole life on a beach.  Either way, there is still help for us, and there are still things you can do to change your appearance even if your already in your 50’s or older. These 7 ways are the most common being used for skin care right now, and while there are many other options available, these are the prevalent ones recommended and used by skin care professionals.

1: Prescribed Treatments by a Doctor

If you have serious skin issues, your best bet would be going to your doctor or dermatologist who will be able to assess your situation better than you can yourself. They might prescribe topical retinoids in order to smooth out rough areas for you and overall make your skin balance healthier. Retinoids, which comes out of Vitamin A, is greatly efficient but may make your skin very sensitive under sun exposure. Retin-A, Renova and Avage are popular prescription retinoids.

2: Anti Wrinkle Creams

Once again your doctor or dermatologist may offer you a suggestion in terms of an anti wrinkle cream or anti aging pill, both methods can produce extraordinary results. However, results will be more gradual with these creams because they are less concentrated than their prescription counterparts. Most of the time the results can be quite dramatic as people will enjoy the benefits that science has given as of late with new remedies taking place and emerging as viable solutions in terms of wrinkle reduction. And even more recently you can try out a few of the best anti wrinkle creams for a small fee of shipping and handling, which makes it even easier to see which option is right for you.

3: Dermabrasion and microdermabrasion

Dermabrasion and microdermabrasion are probably the most popular treatments available for this and they can help your skin breathe better which in combination with an anti wrinkle cream, can produce amazing results. The only separator between the two is in the amount of dead skin being removed. Dermabrasion is a more harsh approach that can have your skin looking red and even scabbing in some cases. Microdermabrasion doesn’t work as harshly and simply removed dead skin cells so that your skin can breathe easier.

4: Laser Skin Treatments

As of late there has also been an emergence of laser skin treatments that can help the skin by promoting the production of collagen. There are a myriad of treatments available, and I would suggest you visit your doctor or dermatologist and inquire further on what would be right for your skin type (seeing as we all have different skin types).

5: Chemical peels

Chemical peels are used to remove the outer layer of skin using an application of an acidic based mask. These treatments arent used as much anymore simply because of the emergence of quality, effective, anti wrinkle creams which have started to produce better results for less severe applications, which are better for your skin. Chemical Peels are varied in fortitude whereas the superficial applications are less severe but require future treatments due to this.

6: Botox Injections

Botox has been a celebrity favorite for the past few years, where as anyone that wants to fork up $500 can get a few injections here and there and see amazing results faster than usual. Botox’s methods vary, but the most common has a paralyzing effect on facial muscles so that the skin tightens and will then appear to be smoother. These types of injections are common for people in their late 40’s to 50’s who want to reduce wrinkles on their forehead and around the eyes. There arent really any side effects to getting a botox treatment, although there may be some temporar swelling or bruising on the injection spot for a day or two.

7: Face Lift Surgery

Downside; Getting a full face lift can cost upwards of $5000. Upside; Face lifts can rejuvinate your skin and may last up to 10 years or longer. During a face lift, excess skin is simply removed from the lower part of the face and upper part of the neck so that skin can be streched and tightened in a way that artificially smooths your skin. The procedure is not a fun one, as the bruising and swelling can last for up to two weeks afterwords. This is not for everyone, and some celebrities have gone too far with face lifts, and it shows. The last thing you want is to look like someone butchered your face for the price your paying.

Not sure which option is right for you? Well take the guesswork out of it, and try Vital ResV, it is generally accepted as the #1 anti aging ointment, anti wrinkle cream, and in general skin smoother. You can try a less expensive approach and simply order a trial version where you pay shipping and handling, and can *test* it out before you go out and spend the $150+ on the actual creams.

Try out the trial version of Vital ResV for only $5.95 Shipping & Handling Today!

We highly recommend trying one of our trials before you step forward and consider a more severe treatment. The fact is that you can avoid all those costly operations if you apply an alternative on a constant basis.

  1. While I’m not an advocate of wrinkle creams…I do agree with the all the other methods you suggested to get rid of wrinkle.

Time and time again I constantly keep telling persons not to waste their time and money on these creams. But they do anyway.

So now I encourage to also use other mothods in addition to the cream because a cream by itself will not work.

So your article is perfect for persons in that scenario.

However I would have liked to see some mention made of wrinkle fillers.

Hands down, the laser skin rejuvenation is most people’s favorite skin treatment by a long shot. It’s a big challenge with all types of positive results vs a rather mediocre result with skin care creams, especially in the area of smile lines, freckles, stretch marks. The technique is a fairly easy and short so it is up to you.
